Right of Withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Cancellation Policy: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Returns/Cancellations for Custom-Made Products Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For non-custom-made products, especially eyeglass frames, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. These can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products (lenses): The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code). This applies in particular to custom-made eyeglass lenses (e.g., with prescription or personalized optical values). These products are excluded from cancellation, exchange, and refund once production has begun. Return of eyeglass frames: Non-custom-made eyeglass frames can be returned within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs: The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. 9. Retention of title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. 10. Warranty The statutory warranty rights pursuant to Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. 11. Liability We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
